As those taking off early, I loved the attentive and friendly staff. The gorgeous hotel and rooms were a definite highlight.

We had an really good stay at this hotel. The staff was kind and cute, making us feel right at home. The room was spacious, clean, and elegant, with all the facilities we needed. The hotel facilities, including the gym and spa, were great. The location was ideal, away from the crowds but just a stroll down to the center and close to all main attractions. We also found it convenient that there was nearby parking and transportation options. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options to choose from, and the staff was attentive to our needs.

Comfortable and clean junior suite with lovely seating area, ample closet space, refined bed linens, and extra pillows. Interesting dual entry pristine white tile bathroom with two sinks, toilet, bidet, and tub/shower. Attentive reception, concierge, and housekeeping staff. Wallet accidentally fell out, but housekeeping found and returned it, nothing missing.

Stunning period building with a beautiful lobby and staircase. Upgraded room with balcony and luxurious furnishings. Attentive service and excellent breakfast. Prestigious location near Villa Borguese. Peerless ambience.

The staff at Baglioni Hotel were really good too make our stay nice. Despite a small inconvenience with our room, they quickly resolved the issue and even upgraded us to a better room with a beautiful view. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate our needs was really good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying here was a truly luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the spa centre and in-room breakfast, fulfilled all of my needs.

The only minor issue was that the hallway carpets were slightly dated, but this did not detract from the overall experience. this hotel provided me with an exceptional stay, offering a range of exclusive facilities including a spa and wellness centre, sauna and steam room.

This hotel is perfectly situated within walking distance of numerous restaurants, making it convenient for dining out in the evenings. The location is also safe, being right across from the US Embassy. Additionally, the hotel provides easy access to the correct airport, which is on the other side of the city. So, you can avoid the crowds and enjoy a peaceful stroll down to the city center.

Some aspects of the hotel's service could be improved. The response from room service was slow, and the concierge seemed less engaged.

The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to major sites like the Spanish Steps. I even received thoughtful surprises throughout my stay, including complimentary wine, a gift book of Rome, and sweet treats. The level of service and attention to detail at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. I cannot recommend Baglioni Hotel Regina - The Leading Hotels Of The World highly enough. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone I know.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The service at this hotel was really good! The staff were really nice too make my wife's birthday vacation special. We were even upgraded to a room with a large balcony on the 7th floor. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, with easy access to Piazza Bernini and the beautiful Borgese gardens. The receptionist and concierge were always there to help and provide guidance.

The only issue we had was with the heating in the room. It was often too warm when we returned from a day out, but we were able to open the balcony door for some fresh air.

The hotel is located in a safe area, away from the crowds but still in the center of Rome. It's just a short stroll to the city center, making it a convenient base for exploring. The rooms are luxurious and clean, with comfortable furniture and an overall elegant look. The staff provides excellent service and the concierge service is top-notch. The buffet breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day. The hotel also offers facilities such as a karaoke room and a casino, adding to the overall experience.

There are some minor details that could be improved, such as the occasional oversight in paper delivery and water refills.
